Costs

Each visa application (V1) is subject to payment of a contribution of €165 excluding VAT.

Member companies of Bachi, beMedTech, Medaxes or pharma.be are entitled to a discount. For these companies, the contribution (V1) is €100 excluding VAT.

If the organizer of a scientific event applies for a grouped visa application (V2), the contribution is €240 excluding VAT. This contribution will be invoiced directly to the event organiser.

Each visa application submitted as an urgent procedure (V1 or V2) is subject to payment of a contribution of €1.050 excluding VAT.

An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your visa application. For Belgian companies subject to VAT, this is done via the Peppol network. Other companies receive the invoice by email.

The contributions stated above are due and paid online (with Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Maestro) at the moment of forwarding the visa application, independent of the decision for this visa application. These contributions are never refunded.
