You have to register and to log in on the site (online) in order to get access to the application forms.

There are two different application forms available, depending on the type of sponsorship:

Form V1 – Sponsorship of participants in a scientific event

This form is addressed to companies of the pharmaceutical sector and the sector of medical devices that cover the expenses of healthcare professionals to participate in a scientific event: registration, overnights, transport and/or meals, whether the sponsorship takes place directly or through a healthcare organization (hospital, scientific association or other).

Form V2 – Sponsorship of the organiser of a scientific event

This form is addressed to organisers of scientific events that are sponsored by one or several companies of the pharmaceutical sector or the sector of medical devices (e.g. by covering the costs for flyers, etc.).

The organiser who submits a grouped visa application for all his event sponsors needs to add the following information to the application:

• the detailed scientific program of the event
• the list of sponsors (name + address), with the sponsored amount per company
• the detailed budget of the event with an enumeration of the different costs and incomes and their amounts. Click here for a detailed model budget.
