Which application form to use?

Visa applications must be submitted electronically via the website.

This form is addressed to companies of the pharmaceutical sector and the sector of medical devices that cover the expenses of healthcare professionals to participate in a scientific event: registration, overnights, transport and/or meals, whether the sponsorship takes place directly or through a healthcare organization (hospital, scientific association or other).

This form is addressed to organizers of scientific events that are sponsored by one or several companies of the pharmaceutical sector or the sector of medical devices (e.g. by covering the costs for flyers, etc.).

The organiser who submits a grouped visa application for all his event sponsors needs to add the following information to the application:

• the detailed scientific program of the event
• the list of sponsors (name + address), with the sponsored amount per company
• the detailed budget of the event with an enumeration of the different costs and incomes and their amounts. Click here for a detailed model budget.

As a company, you can never apply for a V2 visa, except in the case of a substantial modification to a V2 visa already obtained by an organizer. This means that an organizer has already obtained a V2 visa, but your company is not listed as a sponsor on it. In this case, you can have yourself added as an additional sponsor through a substantial modification.
